6 Case :    12

Sun Farma Co. is manufacturing medicines and chemicals. Since last 50 years, the industry is working at present location. At the time of establishment, of this industry, there was no human habitation and farming land, in this location. So that government has given permission to this industry.

From last five years, in this area human habitation and farming activities has been started. From many years the company has been disposing chemical polluted water in surrounding areas of this place. Farmer and the people of surrounding has represented the company to make proper arrangement for the disposal of chemical polluted water, because it affected the agricultural land and life of human population and animals.

Company has not taken any steps against the matter.

In regard to frequent complain company has informed that their company is working here from many years. If they have any inconveniences, they can move far away from this place.

So the farmers and people has represented the matter to the government and asked to take reasonable steps.
