Q1) ‘Niramaya’ Pvt. Ltd. is a company manufacturing different chemical products as per requirement of the customer. Company is having a centralized purchase department. After receiving material requisition slip from the production department, production manager verifies the stock with the stores department. If stock is not sufficient purchase manager sends enquiries to various suppliers. After receiving the quotations from various suppliers quotation analysis report is generated and sent to the management for approval. After receiving the approval purchase manager prepares purchase order and 1 is sent to the supplier, 1 is sent to stores department and a different is retained for office staff.

Q2) Design a data entry screen for the grade found by the students who appeared for BCA entrance exam held by N.M. College in the Year- 2006.
The exam procedure also includes group discussion and personal interview.

Q3) ‘Muktha’ Garments is a well known garment dealer established in 1950. The pricing policy for them is as under: [10]

(1) volume ranging from 50 and 100 5% discount

(2) volume ranging from 100 and 150 8% discount

(3) volume more than 150 10% discount

(b)Quantity ordered in Multiple Style.
(1) volume ranging from 50 and 100 2% discount

(2) volume ranging from 100 and 150 4% discount

(3) volume ranging from 150 and above 5% discount
If customer is associated for more than 20 years, additional discount of 10% is also made available.
