5 Case Study :
Recently secretary, higher education govt. of Gujarat has
called a meeting of all the principals of govt. aided higher
secondary schools. It wash decided in the meeting that in the light
of declining of the performance of the govt. schools, performance
valuation of teacher is very necessary by the students in the form
of feedback about his/her role as useful and effective teacher.
In situation to the above, you are needed to conceptualize
the idea, develop it and design a “performance valuation feedback”
form for the teachers, high lighting expectations of students from
teacher and role played by teacher to meet expectations.
