Q 1) describe the subsequent IPR's in terms of :-
(i) The kind of Creativity
(ii) Conditions attached to them &
(iii) Tenure of Protection , for
a) Copyright , b) Patents , c) Industrial Designs
Q 2) Distinguish the scope of studies of (i) IPR's vis a vis , (ii) E-IPR's
Also putline the format of a SRS document stating all its parts along with what is to be written under every of them
Q 3) (a) Write five typical activities which establish when is the Copyright in a work deemed to be infringed ?
(b) Write a different five activities which shall not constitute any infringement of the Copyright.
Q 4) Why are the copyright violations given provisions in our Copyright Act 1957 both -
(i) Civil Remedies & (ii) Criminal Remedies.
Outline minimum five for every of them of Indian Copyright 1957 as covered in -
(i) part 54 to 63 & (ii) part 63 to 70.
Q five (A) List all the parts of a Patent document. Also write for a typical example case, what is defined under every - part of such a Patent
document providing the complete specifications.
Q five (B) Write short notes for any two of them -
(i) IPR Portfolio of a Country vis a vis the Foreign Direct Investment in it.
(ii) The Software Patents
(iii) Grounds for Opposition of a Patent Gazetted for Opposition
