3. What do you understand by "Ostensible Owner" ? explain the validity of transfer by ostensible owner under Transfer of Property Act.

4. explain the doctrine of part-performance. Also distinguish ranging from Indian legal regulations & English legal regulations in this regard. explain.

Unit three

5. describe sale. Also highlight the difference ranging from sale & contract for sale.

6. explain in brief the facts & principles of legal regulations laid down in Seth Ganga Dhar v/s Shankar Lal & others AIR 1958 SC 770.

Unit four

7. describe lease. How a lease differs from license ?

8. describe gift. elaborate the essential requirements of gift under the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 ? explain.

Unit five

9. describe easement. elaborate its essential features ? Also explain different types of easement.

10. What do you understand by prescription ? Also highlight the condition to acquire easement by prescription.
