Unit one

1. 'A' was working in the revenue department and he was dismissed from his service without giving him reasonable opportunity of hearing. Draw a plaint on his behalf for wrongful dismissal and damage.

2. explain the main objective of pleading. discuss the fundamental rules of pleading in civil suit.

Unit two

3. explain the meaning and objectives of affidavit. Also draft an affidavit as a proof of age showing the date of birth of 'A'.

4. Draft a petition for execution of a decree under the code of civil procedure on the basis of your own facts.

Unit three

5. Draft a motor accident claim petition for the death of a person on behalf of his spouse and 2 minor children, under Motor Vehicle Act, 1988.

6. Draft a bail application on behalf of the accused in the case of 307, Indian Penal Code. The other co-accused has already been released on bail by the court.

Unit four

7. 'A' sells his house for Rs. 50,000 to 'B'. Draft a sale deed ranging from 'A' and 'B' on the basis of your own facts.

8. 'X' wishes to gift his movable and immovable properties to 'W' his daughter on her wedding. Draft a gift-deed on behalf of 'X' in favour of 'W'.

Unit five

9. Dhani Ram has agreed to sale his house to Basant Singh for Rs. five lacs, Dhani Ram has paid Rs. 1 lac as earnest money. The sale is to be completed within 2 months from the date of agreement. Draft an agreement to sale the stated house.

10. Draft a notice to be served by a landlord on his tenant, terminating his tenancy and asking to vacate the lease premises.
