Unit two

3. Critically examine the imperative theory of legal regulations as propounded by John Austin.

4. Critically examine the different theories of punishment and also explain the judicial approach towards these theories.

Unit three

5. describe custom. discuss critically the essentials of a valid custom.

6. explain the importance of judicial precedent as a source of legal regulations.

Unit four

7. discuss the concept of possession and distinguish ranging from possession and ownership.

8. discuss the concept and relationship ranging from legal rights and duties.

Unit five

9. describe comparative legal regulations and explain its nature, scope and development.

10. explain the utility of comparative legal regulations in 21st century.
