1. (a) Discuss various hardware and software requirements for

Internet and Internet account.

(b)         What are various security techniques on Web ? Discuss.

 

2.                           What do you mean by Searching? Discuss the working principle and functioning of searching tools and searching engines.

 

3.                           Create the five frames in vertical and horizontal arrangement, and create various web pages for all frames and make links between them to show the concept of Interactive frames.

 

 

4. (a) Discuss various font controls, tool formatting and

alignment with the help of examples.

(b)            Explain various background and color control with the help of suitable examples.

5.                Write a program to perform mathematical operations on inches and feet(systems), with initial values as one inch and one foot.

6.                (a) Discuss the Java program structure, token and environment.

(b) Write a Java program to find out second largest and third minimum number from list of n(n>10) numbers.

7. (a) Compare local and remote applets with the help of suitable examples.

(b) Discuss applet life-cycle and its applications.

8. Write short notes on the following :

(a) E-mail

(b) CGI programming.
