a.    Calculate K for a transistor with f*n * 500 cm2/V.s and T& - 25 nm.

b.    Calculate the on-resistance of an NMOS transistor for Vos * 2 V and Km 250 jaA/V2

c.    Find the drain current and the transconductance for an NMOS transistor operating with VGs~2.5 V, Vrx= l V.andK*- 1 mA/V2

2.    Develop a model for the following shift operations in VHDL

a.    Serial input, parallel output

b.    Parallel input, serial output

3.    Write a program in VHDL for implementation of the following Boolean expression using structural models

Y=AB + CDE

4.    How would you implement a 4:1 MUX in VHDL? Explain using an appropriate model.
