1.    You have started a small firm which makes and sells environment-friendly paper bags. Although a year has passed, the sales are not very promising. Dratt an impressive sales letter to promote the sales of paper bags among all and sundry, highlighting its features, advantages and other environmental utilities.    (5)

2.    You are the project in-charge of launching a website for your company. Draft a letter-stvlc report for your manager about the monthly progress of the project specifying the work done so far. the expenditure incurred, performance of your team members, and your future course of action. Also, suggest a few changes to he incorporated so as to expedite the project.    (6)

3.    As a student representative of the Disciplinary Committee of your institute, draft a circular to hold a meeting in order to discuss and resolve matters pertaining to growing indiscipline among the students. Attach a separate agenda for the same.

Also draft minutes for the above meeting held.

4.    Draft a notice to postpone a technical event due to some unavoidable circumstances. It was earlier scheduled on 27^m November 2008 and now needs to be rescheduled on 30^th November 2008.    (3)
