2. Write a letter to your employer tendering your resignation on health grounds after serving him for 15 years. Include in your letter an appreciation for the help and kindness shown by your seniors and also how you have enjoyed the pleasant working relationship with your colleagues.

6. On behalf of Mysore Silks (P) Ltd. No. 33, Dr. Rajakumar Road, Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore – 24, draft a letter to Universal Distributors, No.9, Raja Ram Street, Bhagya Nagar, Andhra Pradesh, offering them the sole selling agency for their silk sarees for the state of Andhra Pradesh. Clearly state the terms on which the agency being offered.
