3. discuss the difference ranging from nomination and assignment of a life policy referring to decided cases.

4. Premium once paid is not returnable. State the exceptions to the rule.

5. discuss the different benefits given under the Employees State Insurance Act, 1948.

6. What is a charter party ? elaborate the usual express and implied terms in a charter party ? What is the effect of breach of any of them ?
