1.(a) "The legal regulations of contract is not the whole legal regulations of agreements nor is it the whole legal regulations of
obligations" – Comment.

(b) "All contracts are agreements but all agreements are not necessarily contracts" – explain by giving theoretical background of a contract.
2."An acceptance to an offer is what a lighted match to a train of gunpowder" – Comment in the light of standard form of contracts.
3."No consideration no contract" – discuss this statement by giving exceptions and leading case – legal regulations.
4.What is meant by 'privity of contract'? Is there privity in aquasi-contract? Are there exceptions to this role? discuss with case-law.
5."Incapacity arising out of stators and incapacity arising out of mental deficiency". Examine the statement with a special reference to necessaries supplied to a minor.
6.What is 'consent'? Examine how flaw in consent is vitiating the contract of with suitable illustrations.
7."An agreement in restraint of trade is void". Examine this statement mentioning exception, if any.
8.Explain how impossibility of performance is no excuse for non-performance of a contract?
9.Write a note on specific remedies given for under the Specific Relief Act, 1963 with special reference to specific performance of a contract.
