1.(a)A holds a lease from B, terminable on 3 month's notice. C, an unauthorized person, provide notice of termination to A. The notice was ratified by B, so as to he binding on A. A, disputes the validity of notice. Examine the effect and validity of ratification of notice by B.

(b)A lends a horse to B for his riding. The horse accidentally falls and is injured while B was riding the horse. A, claims compensation to the injury done to the horse. B, denies compensation under the ground that there is no breach of conditions of bailment. Decide the disputing claims ranging from A and B.
