Q1 Elaborate every of the subsequent themes in a sentence or two:

Communication may be written, oral or tacit & written communication is usually formal. The more bureaucratic an organization gets the more it adopts written communication similarly, the larger the organization, the more expedient it is to send written communication because of the ease it offers to reach a large number of functionaries simultaneously without fear of getting the message distorted unacceptably. But, at the identical time, a written communication runs the risk of getting misinterpreted because the writer may not be able to express clearly all the nuances a face-to-face communication would usually contain this may create confusion or lead to wrong action as the feedback, if any, is not immediate.
