Books, magazines and journals are identified by a unique identification number. writer information, date of publishing, name of publishing house, title etc. are a few of the other data available with the library for books, magazines and journals. The library invites the people residing in the country to become members of the library. The library provides 2 types of membership, viz. yearly-subscription membership and life membership. All members pay an amount towards membership fees that is nonrefundable. Yearly-subscription members pay an amount every year to the library to continue on the membership. The life members pay a subscription amount, much larger than the yearly subscription fee, once at the time of becoming a member. All members can borrow books, journals and magazines from the library. Members should return the books on the due dates, failing which a fee for late return will be charged on a daily basis. Members can reserve books that are currently borrowed by other members.
