1. What features you would consider with reference to words and phrases while writing a tech. document. Illustrate how you would use these while you write a letter to your client stating that the Business contract will be only signed if they agree to your conditions. You may select the title of the business (Developing a web application or embedded software for the new car being manufactured and also mention the condition that you feel are suitable). ( 4+8).

2. Write a tech. report on a topic of your option. (12)

3. Develop a tech. project proposal on any business development perspective of your choice, which would enable your company to propose and get it approved from the client side. (12)

4. What is the difference ranging from an instruction manual and user manual. Write an instructional manual either for a application system you have developed or any tech. instrument of your option. (For example: PC Installation, using MS ACCESS application, using outlook express etc) (12)

5. What are the various kinds of interviewing? discuss importance and advantages of exit and appraisal interview. Develop at lowest 10 such ques. you would ask in both the cases if you are asked to do so. (12)
