1.    State the persons who are exempted from the operation of the Indian Penal Code.

2.    Every culpable homicide is murder unless it comes under any one of the five exceptions to S. 300 of the Indian Penal Code . Explain with illustrations.

3.    Elucidate the acts against which there is no right of private defence.

4.    Explain the ingredients of the offence of extortion and state the circumstances in which extortion becomes robbery.

5.    Explain the offence of sedition with relevant cases.
