4.    Discuss the rules relating to inheritance under Hanafi law of inheritance.

5.    Who are the persons entitled to maintenance under the Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act.

6.    The present Hindu law of adoption is a piece of progressive legislation. Explain.
