Site The 13–acre site for Clubhouse is located at contour layout in a hill station. The eastern end of the site overlooks a valley with a narrow stream at the lower part of the contour and the southern part of the site has range of hills banking the site line. Consideration to site in terms of vegetation, climate topography, drainage trend etc. are to be observed in design of the Clubhouse. Also different vantage points in term of landscape elements, aesthestic viewpoint and visibility can be exploited to make the design more contextual and realistic.
