· Floor area upto 50sq.m = one car space beneath 100 sq.m
· For every additional = one car space 50 sq.m or part there of exceeding 100 sq.m

Parking dimension: 5m x 2.5m per parking bay with min. 1 way drive way of 3.5m and min. 2 way drive way of 7.2m
