PART A (10 X two =20)

9. Briefly discuss the working of JK flip flop.

10. State and prove Demorgans' theorem.

PART B (5 X 16 =80)

11. With neat circuit diagram discuss the working of Wien bridge oscillator

12. (a) With necessary input and output waeforms discuss the working of a center tapped full wave rectifier

(b) discuss the V-I charecteristics of zener diode and show its act as a voltage regulator

13. (a) For common base and common emitter configurations draw the circuit and discuss their input ,output charecteristics

(b) discuss the class B power amplifier with circuit

14 (a) define the working of unijunction transistor and discuss any 1 of its application

(b) define the operation of SCR and discuss its V-I charecteristics
