3. explain various theories of wages.

4. “Wages and standards of residing depend on the capacity to pay” - explain.

5. discuss the factors to be considered for fixation of wages.

6. discuss the objectives of payment of Wages Act and state and authorised deductions under the Act.

7. “Bonus is not a deferred wage” - discuss.

8. discuss the legal protection of health and safety of workers in the factories.

9. discuss the legal basis for payment of dearness allowance and distinguish basic wage from dearness allowance.

10. Write short notes on any 2 of the following:
(a) Full bench formula
(b) residing wage
(c) Labour Welfare
(d) ILO.
