1. Discuss Scheurmann’s disease. Differentially diagnose it from PIVD, Ankylosing Spondylitis and Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal Hyperostosis. Enumerate Important exercises for a patient of Scheurmann’s disease.

2. Write a detailed assessment of a patient with radiating pain to right posterior thigh and calf, EHL power 3/5, tingling on the lateral side of the leg and depressed ankle jerk. What is your probable diagnosis ? Support your answers with appropriate tests and investigations. Write goals of treatment and plan of management. [2+10+8=20]
