1. Write a detailed assessment and management of a 2 weeks old child with respiratory distress syndrome secondary to aspiration being managed in the NICU.
OR
2. Write in detail about the various surgeries that are done for a child with Cerebral Palsy. Outline the postoperative management of the same with emphasis on orthotic prescription and checkout for the same.
