How are macromolecules formed from their monomeric subunits? Give

examples.

List out the biological buffers and give their significance.

Write note on source, structure and biological functions of Ascorbic

acid.

Differentiate between anomers and epimers of glucose.

What are reducing and non-reducing sugars. Give examples.

Comment on amphipathic nature of phospholipids.

a)       Give one example and structure of the following.

b)       What are fat soluble vitamins? Give their significance.
