under Indian and English Private International law.

Q3) Explain the different theories of Unity of Bankruptcy in Conflict of Laws.

 

Q4) Explain the different kinds of domicile.

 

Q5) Discuss the purpose of Private International Law and explain its modern

theories.

 

Q6) What principles are applicable in Private International Law for the succession

to immovable property? Explain.

 

Q7) Explain the stages in the Conflict of Laws.

 

Q8) Examine the concept of Public Policy as a limit on the application of Foreign

Laws with the help of case laws.

 

Q9) Write Short Notes (any four) :

c) Recognition and Enforcement of foreign judgements.
