Q3) Draft a Criminal Complaint U/s 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act of 1881.

Q4) Draft a petition on behalf of Hindu Husband against the wife for Dissolution

of Marriage on the ground of Cruelty.

Q5) Draft a Writ Petition before the Hon’ble High Court under Article 226 of the

Constitution for issue writ of Hebeas Corpus.

Q6) Draft a Gift Deed on behalf of Mr. Premendra Kumar who is a businessman

having self acquired property.
