the rights of children incorporated in UN charter and the human rights
instruments. [15]

Discuss the composition, powers and functions of National Human Rights
Commission.
Q2) The existence of human species on the earth and it’s growth thereafter gave
rise to certain rights to be exercised by them. Evaluate the origin and the
development of human rights. [15]

Make comparative analysis of the Civil and Political rights enumerated in the
ICCPR with part III of the Indian Constitution.

a) Role of legal profession in protection of human rights. b) Human Rights of persons with disability. c) Unenumerated Human Rights. d) Rights of Tribals.
Q4) Discuss the significance of International Humanitarian Law.
