Q.1) Answer any two of the following : [20]
(a) Describe Ion Exchange Process for Water Softening with diagram.

(b) A seminar has to be organised which has following requirements :

(i) 120W PA System – 03 hrs./day

(ii) 12W Pointer – 15 min./day
(iii) 1 KW Spot light – 02 Nos. 04 hrs./day

(iv) 450W LCD – 03 hrs./day
