6. State the penalties prescribed under FERA for contravention of its provisions.
7. Explain the objectives of Essential Commodities Act?
8. Discuss “Eco mark and Environmental audit”.

9. What is meant by SSI’s? What are the benefits available to SSI’s?
10. Discuss the functions and powers of MRTP commission.
11. Who is an authorized dealer? What are his duties under FERA Act? When can his authority be revoked?
12. How is the production, supply and distribution of Essential Commodities controlled under Essential Commodities Act 1955?
13. How is the regulation and management of Foreign Exchange is done in FERA Act?
14. When is an Industrial undertaking exempted from obtaining License?
15. Summarise the provisions as regards to prevention, control and abatement of environmental pollution.
