Calculate the maximum energy of the beta particle in eV emitted when 3H, decays to 3He2. (Given mass of 3Hj = 3.01605 amu and mass of 3He2 = 3.01603 amu)
Estimate the minimum energy for a proton to penetrate the coulomb barrier of a light nucleus.
The nucleus 2si decays to its mirror nucleus *Al by positron emission. Their mass difference is 6 Mev. Calculate their radius.
Assuming shell model of the nucleus find the spin and parity of the
ground state of wV.
Calculate the threshold energy fcr the reaction, i) e+P->n + ve ii) ve + P-*e+ + n
