(b)    Create a function check-dno that check given dept-no is exists in dept-mast table (deptno, name) or not also write program code to input deptno and display proper message by using above function.

(c)    Write and delete trigger audit-dept on dept-mast table.

The system should keep track of records that are being deleted. The old values of deleted record should be added in audit-trial table (deptno, dname, operation type, userid, operation_date).
