– explain the statement and provide a suitable defination of

differ from operational / tactical planning.

of activities and authority roles, and relationships.” – discuss

5 Nilgiriside Department Store has a number of drivers who 14
operate its fleet of delivery trucks. At the end of the day, the
crew are needed to complete a delivery report that takes
five to ten minutes every. Preparation of this report has been
a frequent source of conflict ranging from the management and
the crew. The crew of fail to complete the report properly or
delay completing it, which causes their supervisor to criticise
and/or threaten them. The supervisor believes that there
must be a better way to motivate drivers to prepare reports
properly, but he is not sure what approach to take.
Recommend to the supervisor a model that might
improve the drivers' behaviour. discuss how it will apply to
them
