13. Draft the minutes of the meeting of Board of Directors of a Joint Stock Company.
14. You have lost your pass book. Write a letter to your bank requesting it to problem a new pass book.
15. You have received from your suppliers a few goods in damaged condition. Write to them a letter of complaint emphasising the necessity of greater care in executing the orders.
